JAM | Job Application Management, is a template to help you keep track of your job applications on Google Sheets. Looking for a job can be a long and tiring process, and it's important to manage it well. This template lets you keep track of your progress during your job search by keeping records of your applications. It works like a CRM tool, but for job hunting. JAM includes pages you can use, and it adds a new menu item to Google Sheets so you can easily add, update, and track your job applications.

JAM is still on beta. Feel free to copy and use it according to your needs.
The idea of JAM is to track applications.
The template consists of two main sheets, Job-Ads and Dashboard (still draft). Job-Ads sheet has the columns listed below.
Column Name | Description |

ID | id of the application (same as the row number of the sheet) |
Company Name | Name of the company that you are applying to |
Job Title | Name of the job title |
Link | Hyperlink to the URL of the job ad |
Status | The latest status of the application |
Last Update | The latest update of the application |
Interview | Link to the interview sheet |
Location | Location of the job |
Rating | Rating that you submitted during creation (0-100%) |
Source | The source of the ad. Prebuild drop-down has Linkedin, Indeed, and Stepstone |
Notes | Notes about the job |
Job Created On | The date that the job is created on JAM |
Application Date | The date that the application is submitted |
LinkedIn Easy Apply? | Check if LinkedIn Easy Apply |
Recruiter Name | Name of the recruiter who is hiring for the job |
Salary | The amount of salary |
Job Link | URL for the job posting |
Company Website | URL for the company's website |
Note: There is a new sheet created for every interview that you would like to track.
When a new job ad is added to JAM, the status will be blank. From this moment on, you can either apply for the job or change the status to either Applied, Interview, Expired, Canceled, Rejected, Offer depending on the need.
